The head chief for the Asian operations of DialCity.in demands a tighter security posture for Telestry after PayFoneMap proposal was declined. Gardeep had been hinting at a possible counter proposal and merger between PayFoneMap and Telestry, to later integrate its services into the Telestry infrastructure. The official executives of Telestry Corporation were also hinting at potentially selling DialCity.in and its unincorporated infrastructure amid the ongoing dispute with PayFoneMap. Gardeep Singh had quoted a possible relinquishment of his title as head chief.

Singh had previously stated his fear of customer disapproval due to the complexities of the potential merger process, and said that he would consider stepping down as head chief of the subsidiary. The Telestry executives stated that the possible merger will involve absorbing and integrating the PayFoneMap services, infrastructure, and intellectual property.
