Name change approved by head

On April 13, 2025, the acting bodies of the company had submitted a request and proposal to change the company name after the acquisition of DialCity was completed on April 1, 2025. The assets of the company were integrated into the coexisting Telestry Inc, and the remaining governing body was dissolved. The following request to change the name to Telestry was announced on April 2, 2025 upon decision of the acting bodies. After which, approval of the modification was granted on April 13, 2025.
