On May 31, 2025, the parenting organization of PayFoneMap.com had prepared a proposal for a potential acquisition of Telestry and its family of subsidiaries. The request for ownership was determined due to the services and products offered by Telestry, including directories, data, and site. In the perspective acquisition of the assets, its customers, computing data, telecom, directories, and financial assets will become sole property of its legal department and it’s proprietors. Shareholders, investors, holding corporations and other acting bodies of the company will receive a final notice of the beginning of the acquisition process. During which time acting bodies will be entitled to a final verdict of the state of the acquiring property. The final judgment that is conspired will determine the outcome of acquiring of the property.
