Head chief wants rejection of the acquisition of DialCity

Head chief of the Indian operations of DialCity is unsettled at the potential acquisition of Telestry, the parenting corporation of DialCity. Gardeep Singh has been serving as the head chief of DialCity before it was acquired by Telestry Corporation (formerly called NP Telcorp Inc.) in December 2024. Beginning his position as head chief in 2013, he managed the company operations in India and several other Asian countries. 

In late October 2024, employees of DialCity were notified of the planned merger by NP Telcorp Inc. and were offered transitional employment options for the integration process. On December 31, 2024, the assets of DialCity were purchased and acquired by NP Telcorp Inc. and the company was merged into what would later become Telestry Corporation. The parenting corporation of PayFoneMap.com had proposed an acquisition agreement on May 31, 2025 and planned to integrate the brand into their coexisting services.
